Within 15 days from shipping date, you must notify us of any defective product in order to receive a replacement game or replacement parts, at no additional cost. All items are shipped in prime quality condition, therefore, any damaged products must be reported promptly to the United States Postal Service at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to qualify for reimbursement of total order value on all Priority Mail shipments. There are no returns for customized or personalized items. Rhino The Game® must be notified at info@rhinothegame.com in order to receive a return authorization number with return shipping paid by the customer. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative that does not include package tracking.
